Purple Cabbage Salad

Combine in saucepan:

  • Equal parts of oil and apple cider vinegar
  • 2 large garlic cloves, pressed
  • Stir 1 pack purple cabbage until soft to your liking (a few minutes)
  • Add lemon, salt, pepper, honey to taste.
  • Sprinkle with sesame, toasted or raw, optional
  • Serve warm or chilled.
