This easy-to-mix dipping sauce is thick and creamy.  Perfect for chips, vegetables, and meats. Although the recipe calls for one teaspoon minced garlic per ounce, the garlic flavor is not intense or overpowering.   Make this in advance and keep it in the fridge to add a finishing touch to your meals. Greek Dill Dip, 3 grams protein per ounce

This is my all-time favorite essential recipe for the bariatric puree stage.  I add this dill dip to tuna salad, salmon pate, gefile fish, and even mashed potato.  This is an easy way to supplement extra grams of protein to complete a meal.
